Unlike private sessions, which focus more on practice, mentoring emphasizes ongoing guidance and real-life integration. It can also include support in meditation, from foundational to more advanced approaches.

With over 30 years of experience in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and contemplative practice, I offer grounded, practical guidance for those who want to deepen their practice and live with greater clarity and balance.
