100-Hour Mindful Yoga Training

This comprehensive training weaves together mindfulness, yoga, and compassion into a holistic path of practice. Over six intensive weekends, you will explore mindful movement, therapeutic approaches, and the integration of awareness in yoga. Designed for both dedicated practitioners and teachers, the program provides a deep foundation in Mindful Yoga as a personal journey towards healing, awakening, and guiding others.
