Jonathan Weber is an international mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience. Known for his warm and inclusive teaching style, he weaves together ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic approaches to make practice accessible and deeply supportive.
He pioneered the integration of mindfulness and yoga in Norway, creating the first Mindful Yoga Training at Oslo Yoga in 2018, and has taught extensively in mindfulness, compassion, and therapeutic yoga. Today, Jonathan leads workshops, trainings, and retreats in Norway and abroad, guiding people toward presence, resilience, and a more compassionate way of living.
